Heavy Dub, deep Basslines, and conscious lyrics (the way we like it) are the ingredients for ‘The Extended mixes‘, the new EP by ShakaRoot, featuring Paolo Baldini Dubfiles, Brother Culture, Buriman Moa Anbessa, and more. 

‘The Extended mixes‘ is ShakaRoot’s personal homage to the tradition of extended mixes on 12-inch vinyl to legendary Reggae music artists Peter Tosh, Bob Marley, and Burning Spear. To sublimate the concept chosen for ‘The Extended mixes’, ShakaRoot collaborated with some of the best masters of Dub mix techniques in Italy and Europe: Paolo Baldini DubFiles, Buriman (Moa Anbessa) and King Kietu. The EP is officially released on September 30th in digital format, distributed and promoted by Rupa Rupa Records.
