Ras Redemption, the enigmatic reggae singer and songwriter whose name is synonymous with the message he spreads, released his new video for ‘Brethren” The video is directed by Redeye media production and produced by Greenvalley Records.
With a background deeply rooted in reggae, he has managed to infuse his own distinctive sound into the mix, captivating audiences with his authentic and soulful performances. His passion for performing live led him to share stages with reggae luminaries like Yellow Man and Capleton. In 2009, he embarked on a tour of the United States and Canada, captivating audiences in Toronto, Massachusetts, Virginia, Georgia, Washington D.C., and New York City. Additionally, he returned to his homeland, Guyana, where he opened for the iconic Buju Banton in Georgetown, earning recognition from the Guyana Stabroek Newspaper for his contribution to reggae in the region.
Since then, Redemption’s musical journey has continued with the releases of Fiddle (2021), Song of Love (2020) and his latest single Brethren (2023) available on all streaming platforms. Currently, Redemption is in the studio with some exciting projects on the horizon and he is looking forward to sharing it worldwide.
