The second Blessed Reggae Festival was nice as always.. With a nice line-up with Jamaican artists like Tarrus Riley & Duane Stephenson backed by the Black Soil Band with Dean Fraser, Surinam stars Kenny B & Benaissa and upcoming artist outta Amsterdam, Holland, Le Prince the crowd would enjoy this festival to the fullest..
