Biography
Miriam Simone is the hottest upcoming female reggae artist out of europe (Amsterdam). As a young girl at the age of four Miriam Simone started to sing. Growing up with the influences of Gospel, Soul and reggae music she start to Jam at the age of thirteen with several bands all around Amsterdam.
After singing in several choirs in church she joined the reggae hiphop formation Postmen at the age of eighteen as a background singer. As female member from the Dutch formation dreddayouthz she rocked on several tunes with a big hit in Surinam called”Uma no Krey”.
She found her passion in reggae music and is the co-founder of musiclabel Dredda Records Her new singles:”Disappointed” &”You know how to love” show what she is capable of, produced by : Bobby(digital) Dixon, with who she currently works on an album.
Her new singles has been released in April and is getting high rotation on hype tv, retv and more television stations in Jamaica.
Too make a long story short,”Miriam Simone” is on the right track to become a huge artist !!
