Breakthrough dancehall act, TommyLee Sparta announces new dates for upcoming international shows. The SHOOK tour dates for Canada, which are now postponed due to a medical condition, have been rescheduled for next month, with all tickets still being valid.

TommyLee Sparta’s manager, Junior “Heavy-D” Fraser explained, “I apologize on behalf of the promoters and team Sparta. We tried every way of working this out but at this time it’s clearly not possible, this is a circumstance beyond our control. All tickets are still valid for the new dates next month. February 22, 23 and 24th are already confirmed. The venues remain the same for the Montreal and Toronto shows.”

TommyLee is currently under doctor’s orders and very disappointed that his slated projects are being delayed. His Heavy Films music video shoots for his hit tracks; Body Mechanic and Spartan Angel have also been cancelled, in addition to several other appearances. TommyLee Sparta will be in Montreal On February 22nd, Toronto on February 23rd and on February 24th with the venue to be confirmed, all tickets purchased for the original dates will be honored.

The artiste expressed that he would like to thank his fans in Canada for their ongoing support. He was advised that the ticket sales did remarkably well and so was looking forward to the highly anticipated concerts. “Next month will only be better”, he said.

The artiste welcomed the New Year with a Google endorsement as Google Play identified him as an artiste to watch for in 2013. In Kenya he earned the title of, Breakthrough artiste of the year. He is presently the #1 Reggae artiste for Jamaica on Reverbanation, on New Year’s Day producer, Da Wiz released his first official EP for 2013, Save Dem Soul.

TommyLee Sparta had a phenomenal 2012 with outstanding performances at Reggae Sumfest, Sting and St Lucia Love Fest. He also performed to a record crowd at the annual Guyana Christmas bash with other notable performances in Antigua, St Vincent, Canada and the UK. He earned #1 spots on charts in Jamaica, and across the Caribbean with: Some Bwoy, Psycho, Tom & Jerry, “Shook” (Uncle Demon), Buss Blank. He released three official compilations: Psycho Tad’s Records – (September), Grim Reaper (21st Hapilos – October) and a twelve track LP by TJ Records, Bay Badness.
