One thing is for sure, This summer season will be full of Reggae Music! With dozens of Reggae Festivals all around the Globe. On social media comments and posts are popping up about where to go this season and festivals are announcing their Line-Ups. Every year there seems to be more choice for festival goers, but the big question remains….. How to get those Reggae Fans to your festival?

One of the ways to achieve that, obviously, is to have a line-up that stands out! To establish that festivals go that extra mile for their visitors. For this year’s editions of Reggae Geel and Reggae Sundance, two festivals that go way back and share the same kind of vibes, the two teamed up and added the great Winston Rodney OD aka Burning Spear as a headliner. Reason enough to take the trip to Eindhoven or Belgium this August.

We are looking forward to seeing Burning Spear back in Europe. He is 78 now and looking back on a 50-year musical career but still one of the most influential and long-standing roots artists in Reggae Music. After his extensive tour in 2022, we did not expect to see the African Postman back on our stages. But… we are delighted that Mr. Rodney is not returning to his retirement yet and we are able to see the master at work once again.
