I think we can safely say that the Reggae Festival in Amsterdam, held 20 en 21 august 2022 was a big success. The festival, held at the “Gaasperplas’ offered a wide range of artists like Sean Paul, Koffee, Gentleman, Collie Buddz, Max Romeo, Morgan Heritage, Meta & the Cornerstones, Maikal X, Heights Meditation, The Rootsriders, and various DJ’s in the Dancehall and Reggae Vibrations Areas.

The Main Act of the evening was the great Burning Spear, who visited Amsterdam during his Fan Appreciation Tour. Unfortunately, his time was clearly cut short so the people who came out for The African teacher didn’t fully get what they came for. In the end, the majority of the people had a great day in Amsterdam.
