Summerfest Promotion, the promoters of Reggae Sumfest, honored one of Jamaica’s finest vocalist, Freddie McGregor, last weekend.
McGregor, who closed Reggae Sumfest international night two, was honored with a lifetime achievement award for his contribution to reggae music and Jamaican culture.
Freddie McGregor then gave the large crowd that converged on the Catherine Hall Entertainment Complex a sizzling performance of some of his biggest hit singles including “Push Come to Shove,” “To Be Poor is a Crime,” “I Was Born A Winner,” and more.
The Big Ship singer was in fine form and the crowd could not get enough.
