This September 15, one of Reggae’s most well known stars and 1984 Grammy Winner (in a time that not everybody and his uncle won grammy’s) Mykal Rose released a new album on the Donsome Record Label. The album contains 13 roots reggae tracks which unmistakenly have that Mykal Rose Sound we all love so much. We would strongly suggest you to listen to the album while laying back, smoke a spliff and close your eyes. If this album will win a Grammy again? You be the judge of that.

In 1984, Michael Rose and fellow Black Uhuru members (Duckie Simpson, Puma Jones, Sly Dunbar, and Robbie Shakespeare) won reggae’s first Grammy award for the album, Anthem.
