New Zealands’ reggae band L.A.B. just released the successor to their latest album ‘IV’, the new album, called ‘V’ is a 10 track body of work where Reggae is seamlessly blended with a pinch of Soul, R&B, and Hip-Hop. The new album has once again been recorded at the band’s home of the Surgery Studios in Wellington with Dr. Lee Prebble, with the studio helping bring out the nostalgia-tinged sound to the release.

Meanwhile, the night before the album release L.A.B. won big at the New Zealand Music Awards (Aotearoa Music Awards) and took away the awards for Best Single of the Year, Best Album of the year, Best Roots Artist year, and above all, Best Group of the year! Congratulations guys!
