Fiyahman – Natty (Music Video)

This video was shot on location at Mama Fayah’s tabernacle in Portland, Jamaica, and was blessed with an opening and closing from Mama Fayah herself.

On July 1st, Hurricane Beryl, a devastating storm, severely impacted the Caribbean, causing loss of life, injury, and widespread destruction to the infrastructure. The Nyabingi Centre was not spared. To address this, Natty aims to raise $2,350 for the repairs and rebuilding of the damaged dwellings, grounds, and tabernacle.

Through this single, Natty celebrates the cultural and spiritual significance of Nyahbinghi music within Jamaica and the RasTafari community. This music video was filmed at Mumma Fayah’s Tabernacle in Jamaica, with Mumma Fayah herself opening and closing the video.

“Fiyahman” is more than just a song—it’s a frequency. It’s about burning away the negative things in your life, the trappings that keep us in our comfort zone, and the impediments of Babylon. Freedom is a journey that starts within. Don’t be afraid to burn it all down, and like the phoenix rising from the ashes, you too shall rise. This is the mind state of a “fiyahman.”
