After waiting on it since 2014, the wait was finally over this August 13, 2016! The return of Reggae Sundance .. and what a return it was. They went ‘Back To (Their) Roots with in a small setting but with abig line-up that was well appreciated by the audience that came out in large numbers. Unfortunately Bounty Killer had to cancel his show, but this was fixed very well by replacing him by Jah Cure , who is no stranger at Reggae Sundance, since he graced the stage in 2007 after, how he called it “his struggle”.

All 7 performances where tight, from the start of Taffari, Nature and The Congos and Jah Cure, untill the finish with Julian Marley, Tiken Jah Fakoly and Emperor Shabba Ranks (with JC Lodge, Gia Ré and Xanadu). They all kept the massive in a high meditation.

We are looking forward to the 2017 edition of the Reggae Sundance festival at the same location on the lake, with the reggae boat, with market, with an amazing organisation and with a great audience! The festival has proven again to be Hollands Original and first Outdoor festival!
