It is always a joy to support new music, just as we do today by premiering this this new track by Sun Shade, called “Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)“. The, by ‘Computer Paul’ produced, track is a cover of Phil Collins’ 1984 power ballad and title track for the movie of the same name. “Against All Odds” has been available since April 19 on every major music platform via https://bit.ly/3SHGY0e . The video is directed by Shayone Visuals and edited by Shayone Visuals + Sun Shade.

Born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Sun Shade started his professional singing career during high school. He performed at local festivals, which enabled him to hone in on his unique and distinct vocal style. Sun Shade has been profoundly influenced by the likes of Sanchez, Maxi Priest, Dennis Brown, Phil Collins, Alton Ellis, and has shared the stage with the likes of Beenie Man, Baby Cham, Wayne Wonder, Mr. Vegas, Terror Fabulous, and Jr Reid just to name a few.

In the Summer of 2018, Sun Shade released his latest EP entitled ‘Don’t You Be‘, a collaboration project between Sun Shade’s own label Jeanne Records,  indie label DubbStarr and Distributed by Tuff Gong International.
