A Real institution in the reggae / dancehall scene is the ‘Riddim’, a Jamaican legacy which has become a very particular way of production. For people who don’t know its concept, it is simple: different singers, deejays and singjays add their voices on a same instrumental version, each one producing his own version. Most of the greatest labels recorded their Riddim and today BACO RECORDS was happy to make one too.

CITY KAY’s very productive musicians from the underground scene made this BLACK BIRD & BIG SLAP Riddims. You’ll really feel their influences on it with the omnipresent bass and electro touches, sweet mix between Electro Roots and Pop.
